“You who live in the shelter of the Most High, who abide in the shadow of the Almighty, will say to the Lord, ‘My refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'” (Psalm 91:1-2)
People are evacuated from their homes all along the Gulf Coast. At St. John’s UCC we are no different. A lot of our folks stay with family or friends. Some are sheltered with fellow church members. We even set up a make-shift shelter at the church. We are currently housing eight people, five kittens, and a dog.
